Professional practice meets research into the rules governing businesses, public services and strategic interests.

The work of Studio Legale Tuzza – Professional Association of Lawyers focuses on matters in which private enterprise becomes relevant to the public interest: Golden Power, regulatory authorities, economic security, publicly owned companies, NIS2, strategic procurement, anti-mafia measures, critical infrastructure, economic intelligence and the governance of strategic businesses.

We advise institutions, public bodies, publicly owned companies, regulated businesses and economic operators in complex proceedings that require administrative decisions, regulatory risk, business continuity, public-sector responsibility, reputation and the legal soundness of the action taken to be considered together.

As judicial administrators, we manage complex matters in sectors involving substantial economic and institutional exposure, including telecommunications, the environment, waste management, corporate assets and cross-border holdings.

We give legal structure to complex problems: creating dialogue between public and private stakeholders, strengthening the integrity of proceedings, preventing institutional or reputational crises and supporting decisions subject to scrutiny, liability and strategic interests. In these areas, we also provide representation before Italian courts of every jurisdiction and level and before arbitral tribunals.

03 · Implement

Support implementation

Prepare documents, manage dealings with counterparties and authorities, coordinate technical input and document the required steps.
